Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy from Tradie Office Assistant, run by The Trustee for SOFTCYCLE RECYCLING TRUST, trading as Softcycle, ABN 92 725 305 882, Melbourne, Victoria. Contact: tradieassistant@mail.grokbot.com.

1. What you're buying

For a one-off $299 AUD (incl. GST) you get a digital setup package for your trade, emailed to you the same day you pay, or the next morning for late orders:

It's a done-for-you setup pack. It is not software, a subscription or an ongoing service.

2. What you need (not included)

To use the package you need your own X Subscription (Premium or higher), which includes Grok Bot. It's sold by X, not us, and it is not included in the $299. Check current prices at x.ai/pricing. You also need a smartphone and an email account.

3. Not affiliated with xAI

We're an independent service. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by xAI or X. Grok and Grok Bot are their products. We can't control how Grok Bot works, what it costs or if it changes.

4. Delivery

We aim to email your package within a few hours and on the same day you pay. If you pay late in the evening, it may arrive the next morning. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email us.

5. Refunds

If we don't deliver your package, you get a full refund. If the package has a problem, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

6. Not legal or professional advice

Licensing, safety, compliance and pricing content in the package and from the assistant is general information to help you stay organised. It isn't legal, safety, tax or financial advice. Always check the rules with your licensing body, WorkSafe, your accountant or another qualified adviser.

7. You stay in charge

The assistant is set up to draft things for your approval, not to send them on its own. You're responsible for checking quotes, invoices, messages and paperwork before you use or send them, and for your own Grok Bot account and connected accounts.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you is limited to the $299 you paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
